New Year Eve

The last day of Year 2008, it was indeed a memorable one for me, though we didn't celebrate it in 5 stars rated hotel or any nice atmosphere cafe. I went to Ray's house with June, Bea, Set and Kelly had a barbeque session there with Ray's Penang friends.


However, before we headed to Ray's house, we went to Mid Valley Megamall. Our main purpose was to get presents for the F.R.I.E.N.D.S. We planned to exchange gifts on Christmas Eve actually but we postponed it to New Year Eve. Quickly scanned through stalls and shops to get the ideal present for each of them. It's really fun to shop for presents but just a bit costly. :P





Then, we went to Ray's house and put all the presents nicely in the gift boxes. Presents everywhere and it was really awesome. We then started our barbeque session and started to discover our own way in cooking the bacon, sausage and everything. But trust me, the food was great! =]




Kelly arrived around 9.00 p.m with Jimmie and we had the exchange of presents session after that, around 10.00 p.m. We took all our own presents and gave them to each and every member of F.R.I.E.N.D.S. It was the highlight of the day and I love that part the most actually.


But it's not the end yet. After Kelly and Jimmie left for their own events, we then went to Langat Hill. We went around 11.15 p.m and it was really late already. A massive traffic jam there and we were desperate to watch fireworks but not stuck in the car. So, we walked all the way up to Langat Hill. We didn't know it was actually so far that we even ran to get there on time. When we reached there, fireworks were everywhere. Legs were numb and I can barely feel anything. Anyway, I just enjoyed the night with their companion. A truly nice one. :P
