Another Random Post

Yes, that's very true. But, it doesn't apply to everyone of us. Some of you do know which path to take, and don't have any doubts. Sadly, I am not one of the lucky ones. I have been asking myself the same old question lately, but I simply can't think of an easy way out. I am pretty sure that I won't be able to ignore this anymore. Time flies without mercy, how long more do I have before I make up my mind?

But this morning, I realised that I don't have a choice. And that's me.

P.S: Happy birthday to my sister!

I'm Lost

I still don't know how to respond to what's happening right now. Maybe I should say, I still can't believe what I've read. Things just don't go in a way which you want them to be. There are too many thoughts in my mind right now, but I simply can't put them into proper words. I'm lost, and I don't know whether I have the courage to bring myself back, back to normal. It would be great if God can tell me what should I do now.

Sooner or later, I gotta sort this out. Because what's happening right now, is nothing close to what I want. But I doubt that I'll be able to do this. I need some time, to calm down and also to think about it seriously.

My heart aches, to see this happens twice.

Maybe It's Not

I don't know whether you've heard about it before, but many people told me about this. According to them, to be the youngest child in the family is the best as compared to the rest. I've got no idea why do they think so, because the statement isn't really true in my opinion.

Yes, I'm the youngest child. Maybe you will think that youngest one is usually the baby in the family and is protected for most of the time. Fine, I agree with this. It will be in this way for most of the time. Everything is well taken care of and no matter how old are you, they will still take you as a kid who never grows up. It's great to rely on the family at home when you already gotta face a number of challenges out there.

But, do you understand the pain of the youngest child? The age gap between my siblings and I is pretty big. So, I didn't get to spend much time with them before they turned legal. Because by then, their circle of friends gets wider and slowly they move on with their life. The television was my best friend back then, as I was always staying at home alone during those days.

Honestly, I forget when was the last time I had dinner with the family, as in the whole family. There's always somebody who is missing, we hardly have the chance to dine together. It hurts, to see how the dining table shrinks from days to days. And the last time we went for a vacation, all 5 of us, I was only 6 years old. I really hope to travel somewhere, even if it's in Malaysia, or only for a few days, as long as we're all there.

I'm still waiting for this day to come.

Fun At The Peak

During the Raya holidays, Beatrice came up with a sudden plan to go to Genting Highland. Honestly, I've got no time to prepare at all. I was wearing a sleeveless top and skirt, then headed over to meet up with the rest already. See how unprepared I was? Luckily one of my jackets was in the car, I couldn't imagine how would it be if it wasn't.

It was around 3 or 4 o'clock in the afternoon when we reached the peak. Pretty late, right? But we still had fun. We went to the outdoor theme park for some rides. And fortunately, the crowd wasn't a big one although it was a holiday. So, we didn't spend much time on queuing.

We can even take pictures when we were lining up for tickets. =P
( Grace, Junee, Yours truly & Beatrice )

I guess I don't have to introduce her in my blog anymore.

No, we weren't trying to be vain. Spending time wisely only. =)

And finally a group picture before entering the theme park.

Went inside Beryl's for a quick tour before we headed for the rides.
( Bea & I, and I miss you truckloads! )

June & I

First ride of the day =)

And next, we headed for Cyclone. The kononnya Malaysia's first roller coaster.

Our wristbands. Guess which is my hand? =P

If you've been to Genting, you certainly know that the queue for Cyclone usually takes a long time. And again, to kill time, we took pictures. =P

2 awesome people in my life =)

Yes, we can even take picture when we were already seated. Haha.

But, it wasn't scary also.
When we were about to go, I asked June, "Scream or not?"
She said yes, and so we bagi muka lah sikit. =P

Best spot for pictures, stated on the board.
But, what do you think?

Crammed ourselves in the antique car

Another shot =P

Spot the red jacket? It was actually Beatrice's, and it looked gigantic on June. Haha.

See, get what I mean earlier? Haha.
Oh, we were waiting for our turn for the Pirate Ship thingy.

Ambassadors? Haha.

Went for a few more rides which we didn't take any pictures.
But we took some group pictures again.

The red bus again. Favourite spot for group pictures.

Mr. Energizer! =)

It was around 7 p.m when we finished off with the rides. Most of us were starving by then and hence we went for dinner in Gohtong Jaya. Yes, we weren't fans of fast food on that day. And with that, it marks the end of the fun-filled day.

P.S: The picture below is the cutest picture I've seen in this morning. My heart just melted.

Bye AS!

Notes tag along wherever you go during your exam weeks.
Even if you're having sushi for lunch, you have to read at the same time.
Yes, very pathetic.

But, my exams finally ended this morning!

I had Chocolate Chip Frappuccino from Starbucks while waiting for June to finish her paper, because I decided to have it after exams. It'll taste better when you're happy. Don't you agree with this? And headed to 1 Utama for a movie after that. Set Wern wanted to watch "A Christmas Carol" badly, I think she mentioned it since last month, and so that's the movie for the day. We watched the 3D one, and I bet she won't want to watch any movies in 3D so often. Haha.

Yes, it's just an update on my last day of exam! More to come. =)

Wave goodbyes to all the notes and past year papers!

Clicks

This is by far the cutest commercial which I've seen in the cinema.
Pretty creative, and I like the cartoon characters. They're really cute.

Watch it, and I bet you'll find yourself smiling throughout the video.

Exam Break

9 down, and 1 more to go before I can wave goodbye to all the past year papers, notes, textbooks and reference books. My table is really messy, with notes and books lying here and there, but I love to leave them like that. I prefer to hunt for the notes whenever I need them. Sounds crazy, but I guess it's just another way to remind myself that I'm studying.

Honestly, I dunno why I can't put myself to sleep whenever I need my slumber, especially on exam weeks. I would just lie on the bed, turning to my left and to my right for hours and my eyes are still wide awake. Yeah, I know it's very weird, but perhaps that's me.

And another thing that I would usually do during exam weeks, is to restock the snacks and chocolates. Eating is the best way to stay awake, and of course, it makes me feel contented. Don't ask me why is it so, I can't answer you as well. I won't be surprised if I gain a little weight after the exams.

I can't wait for Friday to come, despite I'm sitting for my Chemistry Paper 1. Because it then marks the end of my AS final. But, it's not the start of my semester break. Classes will resume on the following Monday, which means there's only 2 days break. Better than nothing, and I guess I will do nothing for that 2 days also. Good luck for the next paper! =)

Pictures taken on the day we had our Biology Practical.

Went to Sunway with the classmates for lunch and also a movie.
( Sam O & Li Jin )

And obviously we dined in Gasoline.
( Tio & Melissa )

Set & I

Wai Han & Hui Ning

Wen Qi & Heng

Just call 1 of them, and wait. All 3 of them may answer you.
Because their names are pretty similar in Mandarin. =P
( Sin Yee, Cindy & Vivian )

Random

Nothing remains the same.
Things change, people change, but why do I still hope that they don't?

P.S: Proper post will be up soon. This is just a random thought of mine.

Gone

The moment I stepped out of my high school on the day which I had my Accounting papers for SPM, I knew that this would happen. I knew that I would miss this place, each and every buildings, no matter how much I disliked them when I was a student in that school. But I didn't know that I would miss them so soon, because I'm only one year out.

I was on my way to Langat Hill for dinner with some of the PM8-ers and lecturers yesterday. And since my high school is located nearby, I had the chance to look at it once again. In fact, I was pretty excited that I actually told Tio, Hui Ning and Wai Han who were in my car that they will be able to see my high school, again and again.

Sometimes, I would rather be right back there, a place which we used to name it as "Prison" during our schooling years. It's the time when I was stress free, worry free, and responsibility free, as compared to the present me. I know, I shouldn't be complaining because I haven't even finish my Pre-U programme yet, but I just miss those days badly.

I believe most readers feel the same way as I do as well. Friends and teachers, they are the ones who made schooling a lot more fun! And yes, it is a bit silly to think that all of us would be able to keep in touch or to have get-together once in awhile. Because, we do go into separate ways eventually.

Now, I realise that, I would give in anything to have those moments back.

P.S: Remember even though the outside world might be raining, if you keep on smiling the sun will soon show its face and smile back at you.

The End Of TKS

When I say it's the end of Thinking Skills, it actually means..

  1. No more arguments
  2. No more main conclusion, intermediate conclusions and reasons
  3. No more flaws
  4. No more strengthening and weakening
  5. No more underlying assumptions
  6. No more mind-blowing mathematics questions
  7. No more usage of RAVEN
  8. No more scientific passage which I dislike the most

But..

It also means that we won't be attending any classes conducted by Ms. Chong anymore!

Ms. Chong's favourite curry puff from SS2

And we bought it for her on the day we had our last class of TKS

Posing with her curry puff =)

PM8 & Ms. Chong

We miss you!
