Since we ( 5 Joy ) students were bugging Cik Umi for a trip to anywhere, as long as we can leave the school for one day, we got a chance to pay a visit to the Parliament. You may think that this place was really boring but it gave us a really good experience. =]
Well, we arrived at the Parliament at 9.30 a.m. But the debate started only half an hour later. When the clock struck 10 a.m sharp, a bell rang and it showed that it was the time to start the debate. The bell rang for 2 minutes and then the " Yang Di Pertuan" or something came in with a " alat kebesaran ".
The hall was not really full because many of the representatives or minister didn't attend the debate. The guy told us that as long as the questions were answered, then it's okay for those irrelevant ones to be absent. And all the while, there were people hitting on the table. Later on, the guy who briefed us said that it showed that they agreed with what the speaker said. It was really funny because I thought they were against what the speaker said at first.
Since we got some time left, we went to the Tugu Negara as well. For all this time, I've seen only the monument in our Sejarah or B.Malaysia textbook. And now, we've got a chance to look at it. It was kinda nice actually and I like the pools there. We camwhored for around 45 minutes and headed to Bandar Tun Hussein Onn for our lunch in McDonald's.

And not to forget that day was June's birthday. She saw the cake early in the morning when I was bringing it down to the canteen. So no surprise for her as she already knew. We celebrated for June and another pretty lady in our class turned 17. May your wish come true June!!
