Way To Go

As I mentioned earlier, today was the first day of second semester ( Excluding yesterday ). Surprisingly, I love my new timetable. Although it isn't really that good, but it's better. The traffic is pretty smooth since April, and this is good. But for this semester, most of the lectures are conducted in SAM block. The classes there are relatively small, which is a bad thing for me. Arghh..

By the way, helping out during the Orientation Day was pretty fun as well. We ( Shirley, Tsung Wai & I ) were in charged of 0906PE10. Mostly Mathematics pro in the class, because they are taking Further Maths. And yeah, Pre-Engineering, which means mostly guys. Tsung Wai was disappointed. Poor Tsung Wai. Haha.

I hope all of them had a great time yesterday, especially during the games. Of course, I had fun as well. The Tele-Charades really made me burst into laughter. Seriously, I can't stop myself from laughing, not even a minute. Punishments weren't that scary actually, but it was the time where cameras and phones were all out for pictures or video records. It's really nice meeting them yesterday. :)

Stress-free Moments

I should be sleeping right now like what I planned earlier. Obviously, I didn't manage to do it and so now I'm blogging to kill time. Holidays officially ended for me because I gotta return to college in 6 hours time as I'm the student helper for the orientation day of the June intake students. I'm a senior now ( Yeah, sort of ), but I think I'll look pretty awful tomorrow since my eyes are still wide open now.

I actually love my holidays, at least I have the time to catch up with my mates. Like what I mentioned earlier, we're all drifted apart. We really need all these bonding sessions to reignite everything. Since I can't go out for late night yum cha sessions unlike most of you, we went for karaoke in Greenbox Sungei Wang. It was a last minute decision and I like it this way.

I'm starving

Made my stomach happy

Baby & Foetus ( That's what they call each other )

Failed to be sexy

Paparazzi kills

Urghh, with my specs on

Much better now :)

Narcissism mode on

Of course, I definitely won't miss the chance to watch the summer blockbuster before my holidays end. And yeah, I watched Transformers 2 : Revenge of The Fallen. It was really difficult to get the tickets since they were all sold out. And thank god, I managed to get them.

I'm not going to reveal much about the movie because I'm well informed that some of you haven't watch it yet. But for me, it's a really great movie. I didn't even realise that I placed my butt on the seat for 2.5 hours. It amazed me just like how the previous movie did. It was a great success for me although some think that it's a disappointment. And I love Jetfire, he's really a cute thing.

No doubt he's the hero ( Sam )

And a hot but lovely girlfriend of the hero ( Mikeala )

And I find him pretty attractive because he's brave to make a change ( Major Lennox )

Legend of 'King of Pop'

The picture above says it all, right? 7 of us, the same Klang Food Trip gang went to Genting Highland today. And yeah, it was a one day trip. But we truly enjoyed the entire trip although we're all exhausted and suffering from body aches now. I have many stories to share, seriously. I'll blog about it real soon, after 1 or 2 pending posts.

By the way, I'm sure everybody knows that Michael Jackson passed away already. Shirley and I heard it from the radio around 7 a.m when we were on the way to 1 Utama and we really can't believe it. Shirley claimed that both of us heard wrongly. Later on, we tuned into different FM's and they were all reporting about this.

Most of us know or perhaps learn his dance moves before, especially Moonwalk. And when you see a glove, white socks and glittery jacket, I bet the first person who comes across your mind is definitely Michael Jackson. It's totally impossible to forget his songs like "Billie Jean" and "Beat It". As for me, I love "You Are Not Alone" heaps and it helps when I'm really down. Although some of us may not like him, but it is undeniable that he's a legend himself. Fans all around the world are mourning now and his series of comeback concerts won't be going on anymore.

The "Thriller" may be gone, but the thrill will always remain.

R.I.P Michael Jackson!

Klang Food Trip

OMG! There's only 1 week of holidays left now. Time really flies, and I did nothing particularly. My daily routine is the same, go online, sleep, eat, watch tv and that's all. I don't even feel like picking up a novel from my cabinet and finish it while I have the free time now. And now, I'm blogging, again. ( Yes, this is the post which Ms. Shirley is waiting for all this time. =P )

Seven of us ( Yours truly, Shirley, Tsung Wai, Sam Ong, Sam Tham, Melissa and Steph ) went all the way to Klang to have our tummy full with delicious food. It was supposed to be a class trip which we planned to have it during Teachers' Day, but it was postponed to this holidays.

And Sam O was our tour guide of the day, with 6 KL people who knows nothing about Klang. I was tailing her car along with Shirley and Tsung Wai. Tsung Wai was showing the cheeky smile and unsecure look all the time. Maybe Sexy and Shirley should give him a ride somewhere and show him what's scary supposed to be. Haha.

We went to a Bak Kut Teh restaurant as a kick-start of our trip. I dunno why, but it's different from restaurants I usually dine. There's a small stove next to each table for customers to heat or boil the water. A new stuff for me.

The restaurant :)

I really never see this before

Shirley insisted to sit next to the stove. So, she was the one who did the tea. And all of us gotta try our best not to laugh, or else we'll be in trouble. Because Shirley would have laugh all the way and spill the water. Guess what, I actually moved away from her when she did that. Haha. Now, let's see how Aunty Shirley did it. A simple tutorial to those who doesn't know how to make tea.

Firstly, put the tea leaves in the smaller teapot

Pour in hot water then

Wait for few minutes and transfer it to the smallest teapot

Ta-dah, there you go! (The tea cup is a really small one)

Yao Char Kuey :P ( Not Tu quoque eh )

Main dish of the day

Don't blame me if you're hungry now =P

Spot the hangus rice? Pity them

And she's totally random, laughing non stop about something not related at all

7 of us :)

After a yummy brunch, we headed to a mamak stall which Sam O claimed that it was half an hour drive away. Seriously, we were all bloated that time. But we thought it was half an hour drive away, we might be able to digest some. In the end, we reached there in time lesser than 15 minutes. Lol.

Of course, there's no way that we can stuff anything in anymore. And guess what we did? We ordered drinks and only 1 roti ayam. That's our main purpose so we can't miss it, right? 1 roti ayam shared by 7 of us. Haha. It was something like KFC's Toaster Twister or Cheesy Meltz ( I hope I get it right ). There's actually many different roti which I didn't come across in my life before in the menu like roti Langkawi and roti Milo. We shall go another time, with empty stomach. :)

Ray's Farewell Dinner

16.6.2009

It's time to say goodbye to Ray.

Nah, she's not leaving for a long time. She left for National Service, which she had been waiting for all this time. Since she's not going to be with us for the coming 3 months, we gathered again. Not a complete one though. Megan was admitted to the hospital on the same day, so Kelly couldn't make it.

At first we planned to go for drinking session in Pappa Rich, but in the end we went for steamboat dinner in the same restaurant which June and I once dined in Taman Yulek. Steamboat happens to be the best choice for gathering eh? Because everybody gotta fight for food, or else they will be gone forever. That's what makes food tastes better. :)

Our food :)

Waiting to be cooked later

And that's my favourite

It has been a long time since all of us had a good laugh at every little thing. I miss those days where we can have fun just everywhere. But as time goes by, all of us seems to be drifted apart for own studies and others. That's the reason why we can eat for 2 hours, we have too many things to share. Not to forget Ray's lameness, which none of us bothered to give any response. =P

Chef of the day, just throw the food in =P

After the war

I wonder how will she be 3 months later =P

Better one

Bottom: Michelle and June

Main character of the day joined

The other half ( Bea, Karen and Set )

We abandoned Ray, sorry :)

Okay, now she's back but Michelle's gone

Since Ray isn't here in KL now, I doubt that we can have a reunion again, as in all of us there. There's always one missing in every gatherings, what a coincidence, right? By the way, hope that Ray will enjoy her life in Perak now. 3 months without phone, internet and shopping malls? That's a NO-NO for me.

Bea's Bday BBQ Party

What day was it? *Drum rolls*
It was Bea's b'day, celebrating the 19th.
And how can we not be there?
Let's partaayyy!!

June and I was the earliest guests, we arrived approximately at 4.45 p.m. And what we did over there? We helped out in the setting up and food preparation. See, we were way better than her gay partners. ( But still she sayang them more than both of us, steamboat dinner yesterday proved everything. =P )

First of all, we went to get the whole big packet of ice cubes and also food ( Fried mihun, fried mee and curry chicken ). Then, we defrosted the chicken wings and sausages. After that, we even loitered around to get bricks for the barbeque set. That's not all, we even cooked the yummy nuggets. June and I were arguing about the triangular shape nugget. She told me that it looked like a chicken feet, but I think that it looked like a x'mas tree. I won in the end. :)

When we finally settled down, finally managed to take a deep breath, the sky was filled with dark clouds. After a few minutes, heavy rain poured without mercy on us. Guests arrived one by one and all of us had own sweet time in the living room. And in the end, dark clouds left and the bbq party began!

Bea and her ex school mates

Went hyper =P

We were supportive, but June didn't wear :S

Bea, Yours truly, Ray, Shirley and Wai Yee ( I think )

Bea, Ray & Jan How ( I think )

Spot the flame? :)

Everybody

June, Me and Michelle ( Matching attire )

Really looked like one =P

Karen, Yours truly and Juneebaby

Karen went away and now it's Ray

Woohoo, all 5 of us :)

I don't have to repeat I guess =P

Isshh, malas to talk about you

Of course, it wouldn't be a perfect birthday celebration if there wasn't a cake. We waited for the clock to strike 12 a.m, because by then it was the exact birthday. We tricked her out of the house and off the lights. Ta-dah, welcoming the cake with claps and a birthday song.

Birthday cake, black forest

It's the 19th!

Lights off, cake's out

Pulling her back from the road

Well, not proposing of course and Bea made her wish

Pressie and smiley :)

Ex school mates

Can't blend in and now they're here

And of course US!

Happy 19th!
