Here and There

First of all, Happy Deepavali to everybody. I know it's kinda late to wish all of you now, but it's definitely better than not wishing at all, isn't it? My mother and I went to the saloon early in the morning because I wanted to cut my hair and of course hair treatment again. Yes, it's kinda short now! It's still okay I think.

Then, I fetched mummy to Mid Valley today because my sister went out with her friends. Gosh, I really didn't enjoy today. Guess why? Nah, it was because Mummy went for her facial treatment thingy and I gotta shop around alone. AGAIN! I hate to shop alone. Isshh..


After walking aimlessly for a long time, my legs were incredibly pain and I really wanna find a place and rest. I thought of going to Starbucks, but there was many people smoking, so I left. In the end, I settled down in Kenko Fish Spa. I swear, this place is 100 times better than Pavilion's. It's smaller no doubt, but it's much more relaxing and the atmosphere is better.

Well, this Kenko Fish Spa branch is kinda special. Customers gotta wash their legs with enzyme before we are allowed to go in and enjoy our fish spa. The previous time when I went to Pavilion's branch, they didn't have this enzyme thingy. Besides that, there are 3 different stages. First stage is just a bit ticklish. The worker there asked me to go for the first one first, just in case I can't take it. I did like what she said, and went for the second one later. Seriously, I didn't have that gut to go for the third stage. Even guys running away from it, so I guess I will go for it the next time, when I'm ready for it. XD

I was never one to patiently pick up broken fragments and glue them together again and tell myself that the mended whole was as good as new. What is broken is broken - and I'd rather remember it as it was at its best than mend it and see the broken places as long as I lived. But I started to wonder, whether is it right to do so. Can anybody answer this question of mine?

Troubles! Troubles!

Well, Kelly, Bea, June and I went for High School Musical 3: Senior Year. All of us reached there and chilled in Delifrance while waiting for June's arrival. The movie is kinda nice, except for the distraction from the group of guys who sat in front of us. Gosh, June and I really can't stand them!

After that, all of them followed me home because we were going to have steamboat session later on and I can't drive at night. That's why they followed me home so that Kelly can drive me there later. Jam, jam and jam! I gotta reach home before the sky turned dark and yet we facing this first little problem. Then, more troubles came. First, the car tyre was punctured, so we went to a nearby workshop and fixed it quickly. Later on, Kelly couldn't start her car engine but she was in a hurry because her grandma gotta go for a wedding dinner.


In the end, I fetched them back to Batu 9 and came back to Serdang again to fix Kelly's car as Kelly had to take care of her sister, Megan. Guess what time was it when I finally reached Karen's house to have my first meal of the day? 9! It was 9 p.m already. At last I can eat! Well, I will just let pictures speak for me for the steamboat session. We gotta have a really good one after SPM, this time should not be counted. =P

Malacca Trip

After many weeks of discussing, I think all of us finally settled down to go to Malacca right after our SPM examinations end. I asked my parents' friends that work in this industry and they gave me some suggestions.


I will just make everything simple here. Since some of our parents will worry if we rent cars and drive in Malacca, so I think it is better for us to get a bus driver and of course rent his bus for 3 days 2 nights. I checked the price for cars rental, it is actually much more expensive than the bus. We gotta stick to the bus then.


We are going to take the 3 days 2 nights Happy Family package. As you can see in the following picture, we can only choose either going to the Animal World Safari or Water World. The uncle said that he can get both for us, without additional charge. In conclusion, we have to pay around RM 429, because of the transportation fees and the surcharge for shoulder season. But I think I can get it for around RM 359. And we are going to stay in villas, taking two units, four rooms in each unit. ( I think the bus driver gonna sleep with the guys =P )

Besides going to A'Famosa and taking up some activities in the resort, we can go other places as well. Below are some suggested places provided by my daddy's friend. Yes! At Last..

Yes! Today Mrs. Olive finally told us that the Graduation Day for the fifth formers will be on the move. We've been asking Mr. Fishy to propose it for us since last month because we really do hope to have one. At least it will be another memory and day for all of us to be involved together before we leave our high school.


It is really not easy to organise an event. I knew it since last year because there were many things to take in consideration. And today, I witnessed it again. But I really wish to thank every teachers who put in effort in making it a great day for us. All of us won't be able to help because we are facing our exams soon, so mainly we are depending on the teachers. =] It is the first time our school organises this event for the fifth formers, pretty happy to be the first batch. =P


Besides that, I really learned a lot today. Like what Mrs. Olive told that Form 3 students ( I translated it to English ), " Everything in life is troublesome. You think that eating isn't troublesome? ". We have to go through these obstacles in life. Nobody will feed you, nobody will bring money to you. We can't depend on our parents only. But the situation isn't like that. It was really funny if you heard it with your own ears, especially with Mr. Fishy fooling around. But it brings hidden meaning.


And guess what? I checked my inbox today and saw an e-mail from Anna. I was really surprised and can't believe my own eyes. She can type in English better than speak. So, I don't think there's any problem in mailing each other from now onwards. =D

Kitasenri High School

Yesterday, I headed to Bangsar with my sister and rushed to Mines straight away to get the souvenirs for the Japanese students who came to our school today. Each student accompanied each Japanese student for the entire day. It was different than the previous exchange programmes where students were divided into groups.

We went down to the Hall of Character at 9.00 a.m and started to line up to wait for the arrival of the Japanese students. ( Well, 80 Cahayans joined us too. =] ) There was 315 of them. Can you imagine it? A really big number because every students in their form came. I really wonder why can't my school organise some trip like that and everybody can really involve, except air pollutants. =P

I was the first person in the queue because I exchanged with Ray aka. Swee Pheng. Everything just happened so sudden and Kai Leeng took me to a girl and ta-dah, she was my buddy for the entire day. Her name is Anna Goto and she's really cute. When she can't say what she wanted in English or make me understand it, she showed a really cute expression. =]

After everybody got a buddy with them, the event finally started. As the host, of course our school Senior section principal, Ms. Olive Tan gave a speech and welcomed them to our school. Then it was the Kitasenri High School Principal's turn and they exchanged present. Some events like their class representatives' speech and our school introduction also took place.

After that, it was the ice breaking session. We filled up our forms quickly with the Japanese students around us and it was the photo snapping time. At first it was only a small group of us. Who knows more and more joined us and there were more cameras. I bet all of us can't smile naturally for the last few pictures. I wonder how the celebrities manage to do so also. :P Later on, I exchanged my present with Anna and I hope she like it.

Right after that, we headed for our activity of the day. Anna signed up for Bahasa Malaysia class and I tagged along. Luckily June's buddy and Jaren's buddy signed up for the same activity. Or else, I really don't know what will happen. =P We went to the library and I taught Anna some basic BM. She's a fast learner. She wrote the pronunciation in Japanese and tried to pronounce them clearly. An hour just over like that. Pretty fast, huh? We didn't manage to bring them for a tour in our school.

Since all of them were hungry, we took them to the canteen and they had their lunch, I had my brunch. ( I bet the school canteen's boss was frustrated. XD ) There wasn't many people yet and we only queued for awhile. We were really lucky. Few minutes after we took our food, everybody came down and the queue was really long. They even lined up until the staircase. Pretty scary!

After our meals, we went back to the hall because it was time for performances. It started off with a combination of 4 modern dance by the Kitasenri students. Although without pretty and fashionable clothes, they still looked good and danced quite well. Next was the Karate. OMG! All of them looked so tough and indestructible. My seat was in the first row, so I can really hear the sound of wind or something. =S The Hokkaido traditional dance was up next and it was pretty funny and cute. The singing session then ended the performance by the Japanese students. ( Anna said the guy in sunglasses always sing in the her class -- Class 1, pretty alike Karen! XD ) Our school presented 3 performances only.

It was nearly the end of the day. Then, we were required to go on the stage to take group pictures. Since Anna is in Class 1, we were the first group who went up. A whole big group of us on the stage! The photographer of Kitasenri High School took the pictures. Wonder if they will e-mail it to the school or not, I really want to have it! =[ Then it is the time to say goodbye. Complicated feelings time. Anna and her friends said that they won't forget us and invited us to visit them in Japan next time. Since it was already drizzling, Anna got to get into the bus before it started to rain. She looked back at us 4 or 5 times and waved while she was running. Luckily she didn't fall down. I will remember you too! =D
